U.S. Department of Labor Seeks Comments on Proposed Extension of Information Collection Request

The U.S. Department of Labor is requesting public comments on a proposed extension of its authority to collect information from individuals in black lung claim proceedings, an effort to reduce paperwork burden in line with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
