SBA Proposes to Increase Small Business Size Standards for Manufacturing

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is proposing to revise size standards for 209 manufacturing industries in North America, including a significant increase in the refining capacity component for petroleum refiners, and eliminating a requirement that 90% of output be refined by the bidder.
