SBA Updates Delegations of Authority for Lender Oversight and Enforcement

The Small Business Administration (SBA) has revised Delegation of Authority No. 12-G, transferring authority for lender oversight and enforcement to the Office of Credit Risk Management, and updating position titles for key officials, including the Director of the Office of Credit Risk Management and the Associate Administrator for Capital Access.
