SBA Corrects 2012 NAICS Size Standards Interim Rule

The U.S. Small Business Administration (SBA) is revising its Small Business Size Regulations to align with the Office of Management and Budget's 2012 North American Industry Classification System (NAICS 2012), which revised some industry definitions. This correction adjusts the small business size standard for the Other Electronic Component Manufacturing industry from 500 to 750 employees, effective immediately.
