SBA Proposes Amendments to Regulations for Small Business Government Contracts and National Defense Authorization Act of 2013

The U.S. Small Business Administration is proposing changes to its regulations to implement provisions of the 2013 National Defense Authorization Act, which affect small business contracts and subcontracting requirements. The SBA is seeking public comments on these proposed changes, including updates to the nonmanufacturer rule and affiliation rules, as well as the appeal process for North American Industry Classification System codes.
