US Department of Commerce Finalizes Antidumping Duty Review of German Thermal Paper
The US Department of Commerce has finalized the results of its first antidumping duty administrative review of lightweight thermal paper from Germany, covering Papierfabrik August Koehler AG, and has rescinded the review for Mitsubishi HiTec Paper Flensburg GmbH and Mitsubishi International Corporation due to a petitioner's withdrawal of its request. The review period was from November 20, 2008, to October 31, 2009.
