Atlantic Coastal Fisheries Cooperative Management Act Provisions; General Provisions for Domestic Fisheries; Exempted Fishing Permit Application for American Lobster

The Assistant Regional Administrator for Sustainable Fisheries, Northeast Region, NMFS, has initiated further review of an Exempted Fishing Permit application that would exempt commercial fishing vessels from specific federal regulations governing American lobster fishing in New Jersey, from June 2011 through November 2011.
