US Department of Commerce Terminates Suspension Agreement on Russian Ammonium Nitrate, Imposes Antidumping Duty
The US Department of Commerce has terminated a suspension agreement with Russia on solid fertilizer-grade ammonium nitrate, effective May 2, 2011, following a 60-day notice period, and has subsequently imposed an antidumping duty order on the imported product.
