US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Finds Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. Not a Producer of Certain Pasta from Turkey

The US Department of Commerce initiated an administrative review of the antidumping duty order on certain pasta from Turkey after petitioners requested an investigation, covering the period from July 1, 2009, to June 30, 2010. The preliminary results found that Marsan Gida Sanayi ve Ticaret A.S. was not a producer of the subject merchandise during this period.
