Department of Labor Modifies System of Records for Disclosure of Records to U.S. Treasury and Breach Response

The Department of Labor (DOL) is modifying its DOL/GOVT-1 system of records to permit the disclosure of records to the U.S. Department of the Treasury and to respond to breaches of personally identifiable information, in compliance with relevant federal regulations and executive orders.
