PacifiCorp Seeks Incidental Take Permit for Klamath Hydroelectric Project
PacifiCorp Energy has submitted an application to the National Marine Fisheries Service for an incidental take permit under the Endangered Species Act, along with a Habitat Conservation Plan, to address potential harm to an ESA-listed species during the operation and maintenance of the Klamath Hydroelectric Project in Oregon and California.
