NOAA Publishes Strategic Plan for Ocean Exploration and Research from FY 2011 to FY 2015
NOAA's Office of Ocean Exploration and Research is releasing its strategic plan for the fiscal years 2011 through 2015, outlining the office's vision, mission, and goals, in compliance with Public Law 111-11, Section 12104(b).
