US Establishes 2011-2012 Harvest Specifications for Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) has finalized a rule establishing catch limits for most groundfish species off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California, in line with the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act and the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan.
