US Department of Commerce Revokes Part of Countervailing Duty on Italian Pasta Imports

The US Department of Commerce has revoked part of a countervailing duty order on certain pasta from Italy, citing that petitioners do not want relief from imports of gluten-free pasta and a domestic company failed to demonstrate that petitioners did not represent 85% of domestic production.
