US Establishes 2011 Pacific Whiting Fishery Harvest Specifications

The Magnuson-Stevens Act requires the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) to set catch limits for Pacific whiting in US waters off the coasts of Washington, Oregon, and California, as outlined in the Pacific Coast Groundfish Fishery Management Plan (FMP).
