US Customs to Liquidate PET Film Imports from India Without Antidumping Duties
The US Department of Commerce has concluded its review of polyethylene terephthalate film imports from India by SRF Limited, finding that US sales of the product were not below normal value, and will instruct US Customs to liquidate entries without antidumping duties.
