USPTO Invites Public Comment on Revision of Patent Attorney and Agent Roster

The USPTO is seeking public input on a proposed revision to its roster of registered patent attorneys and agents, as part of its efforts to streamline paperwork and reduce respondent burden, in accordance with the Paperwork Reduction Act of 1995.
