NMFS Decides Not to List Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Under Endangered Species Act
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has determined that listing Atlantic bluefin tuna as threatened or endangered under the Endangered Species Act (ESA) is not warranted at this time, after reviewing a petition and scientific information.
