US Regulates Marine Mammal Impact at Neptune LNG Facility

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is issuing regulations to minimize the impact of marine mammals at the Neptune liquefied natural gas facility in Massachusetts Bay, allowing for the incidental take of marine mammals during maintenance and operations from July 2011 to July 2016.
