Revisions to Framework Adjustment 45 of the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan and Sector Annual Catch Entitlements for the 2011 Fishing Year

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) has revised the annual catch limits for the Northeast Multispecies Fishery Management Plan and sector annual catch entitlements for the 2011 fishing year. The changes are necessary to account for changes in the number of participants in the common pool fishery and sector fisheries.
