U.S. Department of Commerce to Review Antidumping Duty on Dutch Carboxymethylcellulose Imports

The U.S. Department of Commerce is conducting an administrative review of antidumping duties on purified carboxymethylcellulose (CMC) imports from the Netherlands, following requests from Aqualon Company and Akzo Nobel Functional Chemicals B.V. Preliminary results indicate that Dutch CMC producers sold their products at below-normal value during the review period, and interested parties can comment on these findings.
