US Patent and Trademark Office Proposes Patent Fee Adjustments for Fiscal Year 2012
The US Patent and Trademark Office is proposing to adjust certain patent fee amounts for fiscal year 2012 to reflect changes in the Consumer Price Index, in accordance with the patent statute.
