NMFS to Review Exempted Fishing Permit Application for Pacific Sardine Industry

The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) Southwest Region has initiated a review of an application for an Exempted Fishing Permit (EFP) submitted by the Pacific sardine fishing industry to conduct a population survey. The public is invited to comment on the application before a final decision is made.
