US Department of Commerce Preliminary Results of Full Third Sunset Review of Countervailing Duty Order on Norwegian Atlantic Salmon

The US Department of Commerce initiated a full review of the countervailing duty order on fresh and chilled Atlantic salmon from Norway, which was set to expire in 2011. Preliminary results indicate that revoking the order would likely lead to the continuation of a subsidy that benefits Norwegian producers.
