NMFS Publishes Proposed Rule on Vessel Monitoring Systems for HMS Fisheries
The National Marine Fisheries Service has announced additional public hearings for a proposed rule on vessel monitoring systems for Atlantic Highly Migratory Species fisheries, following the initial publication on June 21, 2011.
