Atlantic Highly Migratory Species; Atlantic Bluefin Tuna Quotas and Atlantic Tuna Fisheries Management Measures

The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) is modifying Atlantic bluefin tuna quotas for domestic fishing categories to align with International Commission for the Conservation of Atlantic Tunas (ICCAT) recommendations and implement the Atlantic Tunas Convention Act (ATCA). This change aims to achieve domestic management objectives under the Magnuson-Stevens Fishery Conservation and Management Act (Magnuson-Stevens Act).
