Alaska Coastal Management Program Withdraws from National Coastal Management Program Under CZMA

The Alaska Coastal Management Program will withdraw from the National Coastal Management Program under the Coastal Zone Management Act (CZMA) due to Alaska State law, effective immediately. This decision was made by the Alaska Department of Commerce, Community, and Economic Development.
