Bureau of Industry and Security Seeks Public Comments on Chemical Weapons Convention Regulations Amendment

The Bureau of Industry and Security is seeking public comments on a proposed amendment to the Chemical Weapons Convention Regulations, which would reduce the concentration level below which certain mixtures containing Schedule 2A chemicals are exempt from declaration requirements under the Chemical Weapons Convention.
