Neptune LNG LLC Granted Authorization to Take Marine Mammals Off Massachusetts

Neptune LNG LLC has received a Letter of Authorization from the government to take marine mammals, including harassment, as part of the commissioning and operation of the Neptune Deepwater Port in Massachusetts Bay, in accordance with the Marine Mammal Protection Act.
