US Department of Commerce Finalizes Antidumping Duty Review on Chinese Stainless Steel Pipe Imports
The US Department of Commerce has finalized the results of an administrative review of antidumping duties on circular welded austenitic stainless pressure pipe imported from China. The review, which covered the period from September 5, 2008 to February 28, 2010, found that the Chinese company did not sell its products below their normal value, resulting in no changes to the preliminary results.
