NOAA to Evaluate North Carolina and Delaware Coastal Management Programs and National Estuarine Research Reserves

The NOAA Office of Ocean and Coastal Resource Management will assess the performance of North Carolina and Delaware's coastal management programs and the Delaware National Estuarine Research Reserve, as required by the Coastal Zone Management Act of 1972 and federal regulations.
