NMFS Seeks Comments on Request to Take Marine Mammals Incidental to Fireworks Displays at Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary
The National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS) is seeking public comments on a request from the Monterey Bay National Marine Sanctuary to take small numbers of marine mammals incidental to professional fireworks displays in California waters from July 4, 2012 to July 3, 2017.
