US Department of Commerce Preliminarily Rescinds New Shipper Review of Chinese Innerspring Units
The US Department of Commerce has preliminarily decided to rescind a new shipper review of innerspring units from China, covering the period from February 1, 2010, to July 31, 2010, due to a lack of bona fide sales by Foshan Nanhai Jiujiang Quan Li Spring Hardware Factory. This decision was made after the Department of Commerce published the antidumping duty order on uncovered innerspring units from China in the Federal Register on February 19, 2009.
