US Department of Commerce Announces Final Results of Antidumping Duty Changed Circumstances Review for Polyethylene Terephthalate Film, Sheet, and Strip from South Korea

The US Department of Commerce has determined that Toray Advanced Materials Korea, Inc. is the successor-in-interest to Toray Saehan, Inc. and will receive the same treatment as Toray Saehan regarding the antidumping duty order on PET film from Korea, effective immediately.
