NYSE Amex LLC Filing Proposed Rule Change for SPAC Listing Criteria

NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule change to amend the criteria for listing Special Purpose Acquisition Companies (SPACs), allowing them to hold a tender offer instead of a shareholder vote for proposed acquisitions.
