BATS Exchange, Inc. and 14 Other Exchanges File Amendment to Joint Industry Plan for Quotation and Transaction Information

The BATS Exchange, Inc. and 14 other exchanges have submitted an amendment to their joint industry plan, which will take effect immediately, to govern the collection, consolidation, and dissemination of quotation and transaction information for Nasdaq-listed securities traded on exchanges with unlisted trading privileges.
