FINRA Disapproves Proposed Rule Change on Other Trading Practices

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has disapproved a proposed rule change aimed at amending FINRA Rule 6140, which governs other trading practices, and will instead maintain the existing standard.
