NYSE to Discontinue NYSE MatchPoint Service on February 28, 2011

The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to cease operating NYSE MatchPoint, a service that facilitates cross-listing of securities, effective February 28, 2011, and concurrently delete the relevant rule governing its functionality.
