FINRA Approves Rule Change for Fidelity Bonds

The Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA) has approved a proposed rule change to adopt FINRA Rule 4360, which requires member firms to maintain fidelity bonds, in the Consolidated FINRA Rulebook.
