New York Stock Exchange Amends Rule to Implement Short Sales Provisions
The New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) has filed a proposed rule change to add provisions on short sales to its Rule 1600, in order to comply with the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 and implement the provisions of Rule 201 of Regulation SHO.
