NYSE Amex LLC Filing Notice: Proposed Rule Change to Align with FINRA Rule Changes

NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule change to delete Rule 346-NYSE Amex Equities and adopt a new rule, Rule 3270-NYSE Amex Equities, which aligns with rule changes filed by the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority, Inc.
