NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Modify Short Sale Price Test Restrictions

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to amend its Rule 7.16 (Short Sales) to modify the exchange's procedures for early termination of short sale price test restrictions based on a triggering transaction determined to be a clearly erroneous execution.
