NYSE Arca Proposes Rule Change to Update Fees and Charges for Exchange Services

NYSE Arca, Inc. has filed a proposed rule change to replace numerical thresholds with percentage thresholds for tier volume requirements, add a new volume tier, and increase the credit for lead market makers that provide undisplayed liquidity using post no preference blind orders.
