SEC Issues Temporary Exemptions and Relief for Security-Based Swaps

The Securities and Exchange Commission is granting temporary relief from certain provisions of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, allowing for exemptions and guidance on compliance with security-based swaps, as amended by the Dodd-Frank Act of 2010.
