SEC Approves Adjustment to Dollar Amount Tests in Investment Advisers Act

The U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission has approved an adjustment to the dollar amount tests in Rule 205-3 under the Investment Advisers Act of 1940, which will help account for inflation.
