NYSE Amex LLC Filing Proposed Rule Change for Routing Broker Operations

NYSE Amex LLC has filed a proposed rule change to amend its Rule 17-NYSE Amex Equities, allowing its routing broker to operate consistently with the requirements of Rule 15c3-5 under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, effective immediately.
