Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for Marine Event on Potomac River

The US Coast Guard plans to implement temporary restrictions on vessel traffic in a portion of the Potomac River on May 22, 2011, to ensure public safety during the 'Potomac River Sharkfest Swim' amateur swim event.
