Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulation for Olympia Harbor Days Tug Boat Races

The US Coast Guard is proposing a special local regulation to restrict vessel movement in Budd Inlet, Washington, during the Olympia Harbor Days tug boat races to ensure the safety of participants, spectators, and the maritime public. The regulation would prohibit entry into, transit through, or anchoring within the designated race area unless authorized by the Captain of the Port, Puget Sound or Designated Representatives.
