Coast Guard Reopens Comment Period for Tank Vessel and Marine Transportation-Related Facility Response Plans for Hazardous Substances

The US Coast Guard is reopening the comment period for two proposed rules regarding response plans for tank vessels and marine transportation-related facilities that could harm the environment, as part of implementing the Oil Pollution Act of 1990.
