Coast Guard Proposes Special Local Regulations for TriRock Annapolis Triathlon

The US Coast Guard is proposing special local regulations for the swim segment of the TriRock Annapolis triathlon, a marine event taking place on Spa Creek and Annapolis Harbor on May 14, 2011, to ensure the safety of participants and vessels in the area.
